While the Panthers haven’t made any adjustments in the ranks, the outlook of tight end Ja’Tavion Sanders may change that. Sanders, according to Joe Person of The Athletic, is expected to miss “multiple weeks” due to a high-ankle sprain he sustained this past Sunday.
If Sanders is placed on injured reserve, Carolina could bring up wide receiver Dan Chisena to the active roster. Chisena, who appeared in six games for the team in 2024, has signed back to the practice squad.

The punt returner position is another area to keep an eye on. Rookie running back Trevor Etienne was replaced by wideout David Moore after muffing his first attempt in the win over the Falcons.
