The Pittsburgh Steelers are three games into the regular season and thanks to some good fortune, the Steelers are 2-1 and on top in the AFC North. However, as we’ve gone back and reviewed the first three games, some of the top offseason needs of this team have changed, and because of that, when we did the new five-round update, we had to adjust as well.

One of the other significant changes you will notice is that the Steelers have only one third-round pick in the 2026 NFL draft. This isn’t a lock yet but that compensatory pick was projected based on New York Giants quarterback Russell Wilson. With the news that Wilson is already being benched in favor of rookie Jaxson Dart, the value of that pick falls.

Finally, we have also changed up our player rankings based on the first month of the college football season so that you will see some new names, including a brand new first-round quarterback with a ton of upside.

First round – QB Dante Moore – Oregon

Second round – CB Keith Abney II – Arizona State

Third round – OG Chase Bisontis – Texas A&M

Fourth round – S Zakee Wheatley – Penn State

Fifth round – WR Barion Brown – LSU
