A former Cincinnati Bengals player has wound up with a division rival.

According to NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo, defensive tackle Taven Bryan has signed with the Baltimore Ravens.

As Bengals fans will remember, this was a bit of an odd one. Bryan was with the Bengals this summer and didn’t make the final roster.

At the time, it felt likely that the Bengnals would bring Bryan back on the practice squad, if possible, especially with someone like recent third-round pick McKinnley Jackson unable to even be active on gamedays.

Instead, Bryan didn’t even take or get that chance. Now, the Ravens load up on depth with a former first-round pick who felt like a natural in Cincinnati for a rebuilding defense.
