Every team in the league is determined to kick off the season with a strong start. This not only paves the way for a playoff spot but also reflects the hard work from the organization, its players, and coaches.
Week 3 of the season saw the Chicago Bears pull off a major win against the Dallas Cowboys at Soldier Field and the Cleveland Browns defeat the Green Bay Packers. While some teams have recorded their first wins and losses, a few remain undefeated, including the Buccaneers, Eagles, and Chargers. Let’s see who they’re playing in Week 4.
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Who they’re playing in Week 4: Philadelphia Eagles
When: Sunday, September 28, at 12:00 p.m. CST
Tampa’s games this season (so far) have all been close wins. They won by three points against the Falcons in Game 1, one point in Game 2 against the Texans, and pulled off a last-minute victory (technically, the last few seconds) against the Jets in Week 3. Either way, a win is a win, and they’ve been able to say they’re undefeated; however, the Eagles are too. So, one team’s streak will come to an end.
Los Angeles Chargers
Who they’re playing in Week 4: New York Giants
When: Sunday, September 28, at 12:00 p.m. CST
Justin Herbert and the Chargers don’t get the recognition they deserve for being an overall good football team. Yet, they still show up and show out every game which has resulted in three consecutive wins. They’ll face the Giants who are looking for their first victory as rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart will be the starter over Russell Wilson.
Buffalo Bills
Who they’re playing in Week 4: New Orleans Saints
When: Sunday, September 28, at 12:00 p.m. CST
2024 MVP Josh Allen and the Bills have been dominating so far, and are favored to win this game, which would make their record 4-0. However, don’t count the Saints out just yet. Although they’re still looking to snag their first win, this might be the game that turns things around for the team.
Philadelphia Eagles
Who they’re playing in Week 4: Tampa Bay Buccaneers
When: Sunday, September 28, at 12:00 p.m. CST
The Eagles put the high of becoming Super Bowl champs behind them and are focused. Week 3’s win against the Los Angeles Rams was thrilling, with defensive tackle Jordan Davis returning a blocked field goal for a touchdown. They gave the Rams their first loss of the season, and Tampa could be next.
Indianapolis Colts
Who they’re playing in Week 4: Los Angeles Rams
When: Sunday, September 28, at 3:05 p.m. CST
Daniel Jones is having a breakout season with the Colts, and honestly, some people owe him an apology. He and the Colts are giving Indiana fans something they’ve longed for: consistent wins. This week, they’ll aim to keep the momentum going against the Rams.
San Francisco 49ers
Who they’re playing in Week 4: Jacksonville Jaguars
When: Sunday, September 28, at 3:05 p.m. CST
Nick Bosa is out for the season, but how much will that affect the 49ers? The answer: It could be a lot. Yet, the team is rolling into Week 4 with the same energy as past weeks.
