Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Dyami Brown did not practice on Wednesday ahead of the team’s game against the San Francisco 49ers due to a shoulder injury.

Brown sustained the injury during the team’s Week 3 win over the Houston Texans, going down after a tackle by Texans linebacker Azeez Al-Shaair just before halftime.

Brown was initially said to be questionable to return before being ruled out later in the contest. He was seen in street clothes on the sideline near the end of the game.

Jaguars head coach Liam Coen did not comment on Brown’s injury, pointing to the team’s daily injury report. His game status will be known on Friday alongside the rest of the team’s ailments heading into their Week 4 West Coast trip.

Last week, Jacksonville dealt with a separate injury at the receiver position with WR Brian Thomas Jr. listed on the report with a wrist injury. Thomas did not miss the game and was removed from the report on Friday, but did work limited on Thursday last week.

Thomas is once again listed on the report this week, although he was a full participant on Wednesday.
