The Tennessee Titans and Houston Texans will battle in a Week 4 NFL game on Sept. 28 at NRG Stadium in a matchup of 0-3 teams.

Tennessee (0-3) had its worst performance yet in Week 3, losing 41-20 at home to Indianapolis. And this week has already included a change in offensive playcaller from head coach Brian Callahan to QB coach Bo Hardegree and a trade of second-year starting cornerback Jarvis Brownlee to the Jets for a minimal return.

Houston (0-3) has scored a league-worst 12.7 points per game through three weeks, including 10 points in the Week 3 loss at Jacksonville.
