But behind Benson was Michael Carter, a former Jets draft pick.

Yes, Emari Demercado is active for the Arizona Cardinals on Thursday Night Football.
The problem is he’s not getting any real action.

He was expected to potentially be the passing-down back behind Benson, but the Cardinals weren’t operating in that way for most of the game. Demercado did get some work as a pass-blocking back.
