Kansas City fans answered the call from Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

At the start of the latest episode of the New Heights podcast that Kelce co-hosts, he made a plea for fans to buy tickets to his annual Kelce Car Jam auto show. It’s this Friday at Knuckleheads.

“The Kelce Car Jam is back, baby. It’s this Friday,” Kelce said on the podcast. I’m gonna break out some new old schools that I got. We got a 1990 Jeep Wrangler with the wood grain on the side. Doggone baby, let’s go!

“We’ll have an amazing block-party style event that showcases some of the city’s top automobiles, including some of my personal (ones). There will be food, there will be drinks, there will be games and a whole lot of fun for everyone. There’s only a few tickets left, so get yours now. Proceeds benefit Eighty-Seven and Running, my foundation that helps out underserved youth in both the Kansas City area and back home in … the Cleveland surrounding area, two cities that I absolutely love. So please show up. It’s gonna be a blast.”

Tickets were available when Kelce asked fans to buy tickets, but the event has since sold out as KC fans snapped up tickets.

“Thank you for everybody and the foundation Eighty-Seven and Running for putting this on every single year,” Kelce said. “Blows my mind, and I can’t wait to see it this Friday when KC comes up and shows out, baby.”

Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes and his wife, Brittany, the Current co-owner, were at last year’s Kelce Car Jam as were Kelce’s family, including brother, Jason; mother, Donna; and father, Ed. You can see photos from last year’s Kelce Car Jam here.
