When it comes to fantasy football, New York Giants games have been hit-or-miss. Weeks 1 and 3 were duds while Week 2 was a scoring bonanza.
So, what should we expect in Week 4 when the undefeated Los Angeles Chargers descend on MetLife Stadium?

We’re thinking this game is a high-scoring one. That means there’ll be some live fantasy options for enthusiasts to jump on. Here are our top three starts and two sits for Sunday’s game.
Start: Chargers QB Justin Herbert
If you have Justin Herbert on your roster, you’re in for a good week. Herbert is one of the elite passers in the NFL these days and currently leads the league in passing yards (860) after three weeks. He is the only quarterback with two 300-yard games under his belt. He faces a Giants’ defense that is poorly coached and very lax thus far. They are 28th against the pass this year, and Los Angeles has a slew of great receiving options. This is a great spot for Herbert.
Start: Giants RB Cam Skattebo
With the Giants unveiling rookie quarterback Jaxson Dart, they will likely try to balance the offensive plays and limit his dropbacks. That means running the ball, and with Tyrone Tracy Jr. (shoulder) on the shelf, Cam Skattebo should see an increase in touches. The Chargers have been fairly stingy against the run (9th overall), but that shouldn’t keep you from taking a flyer on the smashmouth rookie. He makes his own holes.

Start: Chargers TE Oronde Gadsden II
The fifth-rounder out of Syracuse made his NFL debut last week in place of the injured Will Dissly and caught five passes for 46 yards, three of which went for first downs. With Dissly still nursing a knee injury, we can expect Oronde Gadsden to factor into the offense once again. The Giants have had trouble covering all types of receivers, and they will likely be preoccupied with wideouts Keenan Allen, Ladd McConkey, and Quentin Johnson, so we like Gadsden in this spot.
Sit: Giants defense
The Giants, as stated above, are at the bottom of the league in almost every major defensive category. There is no way they can be trusted at this point, especially against a hot hand such as Herbert, who has been plied with a ton of weapons this year.

Sit: Giants QB Jaxson Dart
Along similar lines, there is no way to gauge how the rookie will fare against the NFL’s ninth-ranked defense. You can take a flyer on him if you want, but it’s best to wait and see how he makes it through this challenging debut.
