BEREA, Ohio — Browns right tackle Jack Conklin (right elbow) is questionable for the Lions game Sunday, and defensive tackle Mike Hall Jr. has been ruled out.
Conklin has missed the past two games, and has been limited in practice each of the past three days. Kevin Stefanski said Conklin is progressing, but it could come down to game time.
