Well, we haven’t seen a butt whooping like that in a while for the Cincinnati Bengals. As one-sided a football game as you will ever see, and the Bengals were on the wrong side of it at the hands of the Minnesota Vikings.
This is a new week, and Jake Browning will join wide receiver Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins under the bright lights of Monday Night Football to face the Denver Broncos.
Last time these two teams played, it was Week 17, with Cincinnati keeping their Wild Card hopes alive with a Higgins touchdown catch from Joe Burrow after several missed field goals couldn’t finish the game. Unfortunately, the cards fell so that Denver still made the playoffs instead.
This time, Bo Nix won’t have to compete with Burrow. His defense is probably licking its chops after Browning has thrown five interceptions in less than eight quarters, which leads the entire NFL.
There is no nice way of saying the coaching staff has to have found a better way to have found success with the players they have than last time out, or we are all in for a long Monday night.
Here is how to watch this Monday Night Football Week 4 showdown.
