Arizona Cardinals week 4 offensive snap counts: Quarterbacks
Did not play: Jacoby Brissett
Murray was 27-for-41 for 200 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions, one where wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. appeared to stop his route and the other when Harrison had a crucial drop. Head coach Jonathan Gannon said he believes on the first one that Harrison broke off his route because he thought it was a scramble drill.

The two touchdowns came on fourth-quarter drives in which Murray was 9-for-12 for 84 yards, including a remarkable catch by Harrison in the end zone. There was also a 15-yard defensive pass interference penalty and the offense overcame two sacks. Murray also had a 29-yard run in the first scoring drive.
Murray’s 41 yards rushing moved him past David Johnson into 11th place with 3,168 career yards. He is 163 behind Ollie Matson for 10th place. He and James Conner are the only Arizona Cardinals in the top 11.
Running backs
Trey Benson (37/55), Emari Demercado (26/39), Michael Carter (4/6)
Did not play (except on special teams): Bam Knight
Reserve/injured: RB James Conner (eligible to return, but won’t)
The game plan was to pass more than run even before the Cardinals fell behind by two scores. There weren’t as many non-efficient runs as there have been, save for a Michael Carter one-yard gain on third-and-2. With James Conner out for the season, Trey Benson rushed for 35 yards on eight carries and added 19 yards on five receptions.

Aside from Murray’s five, there were only 12 called runs, including one for wide receiver Greg Dortch that gained four yards. Demercado had eight yards on two carries and scored the final touchdown on a seven-yard pass play.
Wide receivers

It was a tale of two halves for Harrison, who had one catch for eight yards in the first half on the first play of the game, and had several miscues, including a drop on third-and-11 that resulted in an interception when the ball popped into the air. In the second half, he had five catches for 58 yards, including a marvelous 16-yard touchdown and an 18-yard catch for a first down in the game-tying possession.
Dortch was more involved in the passing game with 35 yards on four catches with one for 15 yards. Wilson had an outstanding catch for a first down on fourth-and-4, also in the game-tying drive.

Tight ends
Trey McBride (64/96), Elijah Higgins (9/13), Tip Reiman (6/9)
McBride didn’t have a huge game, but still managed 52 yards on seven receptions and 11 targets. Because of the emphasis on the pass, Reiman played only six snaps.
