The Carolina Panthers made a couple of call-ups ahead of their Week 4 outing.
As announced on Saturday afternoon, the team added offensive tackle Brandon Walton and outside linebacker Boogie Basham as standard elevations from their practice squad. Both will be eligible to play in Sunday’s matchup against the New England Patriots.

Walton will be making his second consecutive trip up to the active roster. He was brought up for last week’s 30-0 victory over the Atlanta Falcons, where he recorded seven total snaps.
Basham, a fifth-year veteran, will help provide depth off the edge in the absence of starters D.J. Wonnum and Pat Jones II. Both were ruled out by the Panthers on Friday.
2025 draft picks Nic Scourton and Princely Umanmielen are likely to get the starting nods at outside linebacker. Scourton and Umanmielen notched two pressures apiece in the Week 3 victory.
