The Los Angeles Rams fell to the Philadelphia Eagles last week to drop to 2-1 and into a three-way tie for second place in the NFC West. On Sunday, they’ll host the Indianapolis Colts for an interconference battle at SoFi Stadium.
Los Angeles has yet to put together a complete game where they play to their potential on both sides of the ball for all four quarters. They have the talent to be one of the best teams in the NFL and have looked like it at times. Sean McVay just needs to make sure everyone stays focused.

While there will be plenty of attention on the Rams in the game for NFL purposes, they also have a few fantasy-relevant players who are in consideration to start in most leagues. As Los Angeles prepares for their third game of the year, let’s look at what fantasy owners should do with their Rams in Week 4.
QB Matthew Stafford: Sit
Through three weeks, Stafford has completed 66.3% of his passes for 739 yards, five touchdowns and two interceptions. His 15.6 fantasy points per game are good for 20th at the position. With the Colts allowing just 15.3 points per game to opposing quarterbacks (tied for the seventh-fewest), there are better options.
RB Kyren Williams: Start
Williams has rushed for 226 yards and a touchdown on 4.1 yards per attempt and caught five passes for 35 yards and a touchdown in 2025. Week 3 was his best performance of the year, rushing for 94 yards on 4.7 per attempt and catching two passes for 18 yards and a touchdown. He’s currently the 15th-best running back in fantasy, and that’s deserving of a starting job.

WR Puka Nacua: Start
Nacua’s 24.5 points per game are the most for any receiver in the league through three weeks. He’s a must-start every week that he’s healthy.
WR Davante Adams: Start
Adams’ 15.4 points per game are tied for the 13th-most of any wideout. While he’s battled a hamstring injury throughout the week, he’s been cleared to play, and McVay doesn’t seem at all worried about his condition. He still deserves to start in fantasy lineups.
TE Tyler Higbee: Sit
After catching four passes for 37 yards in Week 2, Higbee put up his second catchless game of the season against the Eagles. Look elsewhere for the foreseeable future.

D/ST: Sit
The Colts have shockingly had the best offense in the league through three weeks, with opposing defenses scoring just 0.67 fantasy points against them per game. While the Rams’ defense has had its moments and has taken the ball away regularly, it may be best to find another option this week.
More Rams: Puka Nacua somehow just keeps getting better in his 3rd NFL season
