The Atlanta Falcons will not elevate any players from the practice squad for their Week 4 matchup against the Washington Commanders, according to beat reporter Terrin Waack. This is the second week in a row that the Falcons have opted against elevating anyone to their game-day roster.

The last player to be elevated by Atlanta was kicker Parker Romo, who joined the roster for the team’s Week 2 win over the Minnesota Vikings. Romo was later signed to the 53-man roster in place of longtime starter Younghoe Koo. Things are far from solidified at the kicker position, though.

Romo went 0-for-2 two days after joining the roster, and the Falcons signed rookie Ben Sauls to the practice squad to compete for the starting job. Despite a good battle in practice this week, Romo was named the starting kicker for Sunday’s game against the Commanders.
