Week 4 of the 2025 NFL season is upon us and the action will continue on Sunday with a battle of 3-0 squads in the NFC as the Philadelphia Eagles visit the Tampa Bay Buccaneers at 1 p.m. ET on FOX.

The Eagles needed a pair of blocked field goals late to pull off a massive second-half comeback against the Rams last Sunday, escaping with a 33-26 victory. Tight end Dallas Goedert got the struggling offense going in the third quarter and he’ll look to make even more plays like down in this tough road matchup.

Below, we’ll go over Goedert’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 4.

Fantasy Football analysis: Eagles TE Dallas Goedert

Goedert caught one pass against the Rams last week and he made it count as it was a 33-yard touchdown pass that sparked the team’s comeback in the second half. The Eagles had done virtually nothing through the air up to that point and the veteran’s touchdown helped wake up a downfield passing game that had been stagnant through the first two-and-a-half games of the regular season.

That lone catch and score made Goedert a top-10 fantasy tight end for the week and that came after he sat out of their victory over the Chiefs with a knee sprain the week prior. We’ll see if that touchdown pass is the beginning of a strong run for the veterans.

Sit. Tampa Bay’s defense has given up just 14 receptions for 106 yards to opposing tight ends through three games, good for an average of just 3.5 fantasy points per game. That doesn’t bode well for Goedert, who is just averaging 9.6 yards per reception this year. He’s been a borderline starter in fantasy so far and for this week, I’d look elsewhere.
