HOUSTON ― Good luck, Cam Ward.

The Tennessee Titans (0-3) will face the Houston Texans (0-3) with starting tackle Dan Moore Jr. active despite his illness and JC Latham, who’s been ruled inactive prior to kickoff (noon CT, CBS). Moore was a late add to the injury report with an illness. Without Moore and Latham, the Titans’ options at tackle include Oli Udoh, Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson and John Ojukwu. Ojukwu is inactive for this game, a sign of the Titans’ confidence in Moore.

The Texans have listed cornerback Derek Stingley Jr., as active despite the All Pro’s oblique injury that limited him throughout the week.

The Titans previously ruled Latham and receiver Bryce Oliver out after they were mostly absent from the practice week. Rookie safety Kevin Winston Jr., who’s yet to make his NFL debut and came into the week listed as doubtful, is also out.

This game also marks the Titans’ first since trading cornerback Jarvis Brownlee Jr., to the New York Jets. The Titans have all three of his likely replacements ― Jalyn Armour-Davis, Marcus Harris and Darrell Baker Jr. ― active.
