New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn is still working on changing the culture for the Green and White. He has plenty of time.
Even so, Glenn is off to an 0-3 start having lost his first three games as the team’s bench boss.

As Glenn searches to make things different, those numbers are… more of the same.
After the Jets lost to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 3, Glenn became the third-straight head coach for the Green and White to start their tenure with an 0-3 record. Technically, if we want to include interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich during the middle of last season, he’s the fourth-straight.
Ouch.
Ironically enough, the last hired coach in New York to not begin their stay in charge with an 0-3 record was Todd Bowles, the current Buccaneers‘ coach. The same one who sent Glenn to 0-3. Bowles actually won his first two games with the Jets in 2015.

Who are the past ones alongside Glenn? When who did they lose to in Year 1? When was their first win?
