The Arizona Cardinals have another injury at running back. After losing James Conner for the season with a foot injury, we will see if Trey Benson misses any time this week as the team prepares to face the Tennessee Titans on Sunday.
In the Cardinals’ extra practice on Monday following their minibye, Benson was not on the field during the portion of practice open to media members. With no official injury report until Wednesday, we don’t know what the injury is. He was not in the game on Thursday in the final offensive series.

When asked about Benson on Monday, head coach Jonathan Gannon said, “Just taking it day by day. We’ll have that full report for you guys on Wednesday. (It’s) kind of an extra day today.”
They signed Michael Carter from the practice squad to the active roster, so perhaps we might be looking at Benson being unable to go in Week 5.
