Fox’s free ad-supported streaming television platform Tubi is set to live-stream the NFL Thanksgiving game between the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions.

Tubi, with 100 million average monthly users, remains only the second FAST channel to live-stream an NFL game following last season’s Super Bowl, and YouTube’s NFL opener from Brazil earlier this month.

The NFL’s annual “John Madden Thanksgiving Celebration” kicks off on Nov. 27 at 1 p.m. ET when the Lions host the Packers. Last year’s Thanksgiving Day game on Fox was the most-watched regular-season NFL game of the year. The Tubi stream of the game will feature local advertising from Fox’s stations.

This latest partnership between Tubi and Fox Sports following the record-breaking performance streaming Super Bowl LIX. In addition to delivering the most-streamed Super Bowl in history with over 24 million unique viewers across game day programming, Tubi set a record with 13.6 million average minute audience and 15.5 million peak audience during the big game.

The NFL’s embrace of live streaming continues to expand, with Netflix set to exclusively distribute the Dallas Cowboys vs. Washington Commanders, and Lions vs. Minnesota Vikings on Christmas.
