Bills vs. Patriots picks against the spread
Jon Hoefling: New England Patriots (+7.5)
The Patriots have looked decent through the first quarter of the season. Seven points seems like a lot for a team that has showcased a balanced offense and a solid defense.
Tyler Dragon: Buffalo Bills (-7.5)
The Bills are one of the NFL’s two remaining undefeated teams. I don’t expect the Bills to get their first loss at home in a primetime matchup against the Patriots.
Richard Morin: New England Patriots (+7.5)
It’s going to be a warm night in Buffalo, so both quarterbacks should be slinging it. The Patriots, coming off a 42-point outburst, played the Bills close in Week 18 last season. This one will not be much different.
Lorenzo Reyes: Buffalo Bills (-7.5)
Josh Allen is carrying the Bills and they are mowing down every team they face. The Patriots are coming off a solid win against the Panthers, but I don’t think they have enough offensive consistency to keep things close with Buffalo. That said, I would play this down to 6.5.
Blake Schuster: New England Patriots (+7.5)
Drake Maye is quite good. Like, really good. This line is too large for a division rivalry game in prime time.
Christopher Bumbaca: Buffalo Bills (-7.5)
After a few weeks of not covering large spreads as a favorite at home, the Bills have a mid-sized spread to cover. This time, they’ll get it done.
