The Tennessee Titans carry a 0-4 record into the Week 5 game at the Arizona Cardinals on Oct. 5.

Last week’s loss was the worst output yet for the Titans offense, who suffered a 26-0 loss to the Houston Texans on Sept. 28.

Arizona is 2-2 following a pair of last-second losses to the 49ers and Seahawks over the last two weeks.
