There were no significant changes to the Philadelphia Eagles ’ injury report on Thursday.
Dallas Goedert’s Practice Status Improves
Tight end Dallas Goedert went from a DNP on Wednesday to limited on Thursday ahead of Sunday’s clash with the Denver Broncos at Lincoln Financial Field.
Fellow tight end Grant Calcaterra missed the practice with an illness.
Nakobe Dean Returns but Still Limited
Also limited on Thursday was linebacker Nakobe Dean, who had his 21-day practice window open this week, returning from a torn patellar tendon suffered in January’s playoff win over the Packers.
Vic Fangio on Dean’s Timeline
Defensive coordinator Vic Fangio said Tuesday that the team will see where Dean is at.
“He played great last year, Fangio stated. Besides being the signal caller guy and being a leader, you can’t be a leader if you don’t play good, and he played great for us last year. As far as where he is at now, either this week or next week, he’ll start his practice window, and then we’ll see where he is at.”
However, it didn’t sound like Dean was quite ready to contribute this week against Denver.
“We’ll see when we get there, Fangio said. I don’t think we’re there yet.”
Other Key Updates: Carter, Jackson, Johnson
Back on the practice field after being listed as limited on Wednesday were defensive tackle Jalen Carter, cornerback Adoree’ Jackson, and right tackle Lane Johnson.
