The Las Vegas Raiders could be without a key player against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.

According to Ian Rapoport, tight end Brock Bowers is “trending toward not playing” in this Week 5 matchup.

Bowers was listed as questionable on the Raiders’ final injury report. He was limited in practice on Wednesday with a knee injury and then did not practice on Thursday or Friday.

Rapoport would add that Raiders’ head coach, Pete Carroll, expressed confidence in Bowers being able to play this week, but his knee injury has not responded.

Since entering the NFL in 2024, Bowers has been one of the game’s most productive pass-catching tight ends.

This season, he has caught 19 passes for 225 yards this season. As a rookie in 2024, Bowers totaled 1,194 receiving yards, according to PFF.

The depth of the Colts‘ cornerback position is being tested, with Kenny Moore still sidelined with an Achilles injury, along with Xavien Howard retiring earlier this week.

To add to that position group, the Colts signed Chris Lammons to the 53-man roster on Saturday and elevated Mike Hilton to the game-day roster.

At linebacker, while Zaire Franklin has provided stability at the Mike role, the Will position next to him has been a revolving door, with Joe Bachie, Austin Ajiake, and Chad Muma all seeing playing time in last week’s game.
