The violent incident that led to former Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez’s stabbing and arrest outside an Indianapolis pub drew a massive police response, according to 911 dispatch audio first obtained by TMZ.
Officers were heard ordering Loughmiller’s Pub & Eatery locked down “like a crime scene” as they searched for suspects and evidence.
Dispatchers said two people were believed to have been stabbed, matching police reports that both Sanchez and a 69-year-old delivery driver were injured.

Responders were also heard on the 911 dispatch discussing whether there were security cameras operating in the alley where the brawl erupted shortly after midnight.
As of late Saturday, Sanchez remained hospitalized in stable condition after surgery and faces misdemeanor charges including battery and public intoxication.

The 911 dispatch audio captures police coordinating their response to the incident near the 300 block of Washington Street after midnight on Friday.
Dispatchers can be heard directing officers to lock down a nearby bar, establish a “Washington Street Command” and treat the area as a crime scene.

One officer is heard on the audio reporting that there was a victim in critical condition being taken to Eskenazi Hospital, while another confirms “one in custody.”
Dispatchers also note the presence of security cameras in the alley and emphasize securing the perimeter.

Police said the altercation began when Sanchez allegedly confronted a 69-year-old food delivery driver, who told investigators he stabbed Sanchez in self-defense after being pepper-sprayed.
Both men were injured, and Sanchez underwent surgery before being listed in stable condition at a local hospital.
The former NFL star, now a Fox Sports analyst, faces misdemeanor charges including battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle, and public intoxication.
Authorities are reviewing surveillance footage as the investigation continues, while colleagues and former teammates have offered messages of support.
