Dealing with some injuries entering the Week 5 matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals, the Detroit Lions made a couple of practice squad elevations ahead of Sunday’s late-afternoon game.
The Lions elevated offensive tackle Devin Cochran and cornerback Tre Flowers from the practice squad for Sunday’s game. It’s the first elevation of 2025 for each player.
Flowers was just signed to the Lions practice squad this week. The veteran will help fill in the depth at CB with starter D.J. Reed on injured reserve with a hamstring injury. Cochran spent the preseason with the Bengals before the Lions signed him to the practice squad after Week 1.
