CEEDEE Lamb is one of the top wide receivers in the NFL, and it costs a lot to stay in as great of shape as he does.
Lamb is one of the highest paid players in the league thanks to his performance, but a big chunk of that money goes to keeping him in top form.

Lamb is on a massive contract with the Dallas Cowboys, getting a four-year, $136 million deal extending through the 2028 season.
While he is making $34 million per season, he isn’t taking all of that home.
A decent portion of his contract is being set aside for Lamb’s NFL conditioning.
In an interview with Complex, Lamb revealed that he is spending over $1 million per season on keeping his body healthy.
“I’m not going to lie,” he said.
“It’s a lot of money. Every two weeks is $50,000… There’s 52 weeks in a year. That’s your number.”
That number comes out to $1.3 million per season, which actually checks out compared to other athletes.
LeBron James‘ friend Maverick Carters revealed in 2018 that the Los Angeles Lakers star spends around $1.5 million per year on his treatments.
Those treatments include cryotherapy and hyperbaric chambers.
Lamb follows a similar plan for his treatments, using hyperbaric chambers, ice baths, hot tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and red-light therapy.

“The list could go on and on,” he said.
“What I do for a living, it’s very physical, and some short weeks are more lethal than your regular seven-day schedule.
“So I’m just staying on top of that and always trying to replenish the body, stay hydrated, keep my muscle functioning up, and trying to get a lead on my opponent.”
Lamb did suffer one big injury last year, hurting his shoulder and missing the final two weeks of the season.
He has been healthy for most of his career though, playing in 81 of a possible 84 regular season games.

He is a four time Pro Bowler and three time All-Pro selection.
Lamb hasn’t found much playoff success yet in his career, but his new head coach Brian Schottenheimer is working on getting him some help in the NFL Draft.
“I think there’s a lot of depth on the defensive line. Both interior and on the edge,” Schottenheimer told reporters this week.
“I think there’s a lot of depth obviously with the running back position. I mean, there’s guys at every level with every different grade on them that you’re like, the difference is not that huge.”
