Arizona Cardinals tight end Tip Reiman was carted off the field on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans with an ankle injury.

Quarterback Kyler Murray, who exited the game for one play with his own injury scare (foot), targeted Reiman and the pass fell incomplete with 2:32 left in the third quarter.

The second-down play was Reiman’s only target of the afternoon with Arizona leading 21-6, a lead that was blown 22-21 after a game-winning kick by Tennessee’s Joey Slye with no time remaining.

Through three games played for Reiman, the 6-foot-5 tight end has three catches (four targets) for 18 yards.

Linebacker Cody Simon was also ruled out of the game with a knee injury with around 12 minutes left in the third. He went down with the injury on the Titans’ final possession of the first half.

Simon entered the game with 56 total snaps played through four games.
