Bradley Roby was NOT happy after the Denver Broncos upset the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday.
Roby, 33, started his NFL career with the Broncos and ended it with the Eagles, and he was not pleased with the officiating after Sunday’s upset.
“NFL so fake man,” Roby tweeted. “Refs obviously CHEATING for broncos . All these lame ass calls smh ! And these both my teams but dam !!!!”
Many fans in Denver pushed back on that tweet. Roby, after all, spent the first five years of his career with the Broncos and won Super Bowl 50 with the club. He didn’t appreciate the negative responses (language ahead).
Roby admitted that his frustration was linked to a 12-leg parlay being busted by Philly’s upset loss, and he implied that Las Vegas impacted the outcome of the game.
Yes that’s really the root of this lol ! Had 3 12 leg parlays running from college and EVERY single one hit except for that philly game LOL SMH . Too many favorites won in NFL today vegas had to get one in ! https://t.co/54EeHa48V2

Roby certainly wasn’t alone in his criticism of Sunday’s officiating, but the controversial calls did not cause the Eagles to allow 18 unanswered points in the fourth quarter. Philly coach Nick Sirianni said after the game that questionable calls “balance each other out” in the end, but that won’t fix Roby’s busted parlay.
Roby and the team’s Super Bowl 50 squad is set to be honored in Week 7 when the Broncos host the New York Giants at Empower Field at Mile High on Oct. 19.
