Cameras caught a Cincinnati Bengals player doing something hilarious and relatable during Sunday’s blowout loss to the Detroit Lions.

Once again playing without star quarterback Joe Burrow, the Cincinnati Bengals were no match for the visiting Lions. Jared Goff had another field day (258 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions) in a 37-24 victory.

Not much went right for the Bengals, who have now lost three straight games following a 2-0 start. The game wasn’t even as close as the score indicated, with all three of Cincinnati’s touchdowns coming in garbage time in the fourth quarter.

It may have been a frustrating and disheartening day for the Cincinnati Bengals, but at least one player was enjoying himself on the sidelines by secretly eating a snack while making sure none of his teammates spotted it:

Well, most of us remember the dreaded feeling of being told to share our snacks with others, especially in school. But as this Bengals player has shown, sharing food is merely the polite thing, but not necessarily mandatory.

Hey, Mac Jones wasn’t sharing those Sour Patches candies he consumed during the San Francisco 49ers-Los Angeles Rams game last Thursday, either.

Cincinnati Bengals Won’t Commit To Jake Browning For Week 6https://img.particlenews.com/image.php?url=4I6V66_15QLXvYr00Jake Browning (Sam Greene/The Enquirer / USA TODAY NETWORK via Imagn Images)

Many disgruntled fans have called for the Bengals to bring in another quarterback with Joe Burrow sidelined for at least two more months. Jake Browning, the veteran backup in Cincy, has eight touchdowns in three and a half games.

Russell Wilson (New York Giants), Jameis Winston (Giants) and Kirk Cousins (Atlanta Falcons) are among the veteran QBs who could be available via trade.

Per NFL.com’s Nick Shook, Bengals head coach Zac Taylor wouldn’t commit to Browning for Week 6 against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.

“We’ll see where it goes,” Taylor said. “Like all personnel decisions, we’ve got to evaluate it. Jake’s been very accountable for how the game went for him. I’ve got to be accountable for how the game went for me, as well. So we’ll continue to progress here through the days.”

Considering how much money the Bengals committed to Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins in the offseason, it wouldn’t be fair to the players for owner Mike Brown to “punt” on the season by riding a struggling Browning the rest of the way.
