Los Angeles Chargers veteran safety Alohi Gilman has been traded to the Baltimore Ravens, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Tuesday.

Gilman, a former Kahuku High standout from Laie, was shipped to the struggling AFC North team with a fifth-round 2026 draft pick in exchange for pass rusher Odafe Oweh and a 2027 seventh-round pick, Schefter reported.

The 28-year-old Gilman went to the U.S. Naval Academy out of Kahuku and finished his college career at Notre Dame, where he was a team captain and starter in all 13 games his senior season. He was a sixth-round pick by the Chargers in 2020.

In 72 career games across six seasons, Gilman has 247 tackles, four forced fumbles, four fumble recoveries and five interceptions.

He had 11 solo tackles and 11 assisted tackles with the Chargers in 2025.
