BROOK PARK, Ohio (WOIO) – The Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) Planning & Programming Committee has plans to review Brook Park’s proposed public infrastructure improvements.
Essentially, the agency will be reviewing how Brook Park intends to handle transportation and traffic for the new domed Browns stadium.

Documents show the project’s estimated total cost, including the new Greater Cleveland RTA station, is more than $122 million.
NOACA prepares the region’s long-range transportation plan and short-range transportation improvement program, which is the capital budget for federally funded transportation projects.
