The Tennessee Titans have a few major injury questions ahead of their game against the Las Vegas Raiders, and those questions once again start on the offensive line.

The Titans (1-4) visit the Raiders (1-4) at Allegiant Stadium on Oct. 12 (3:05 p.m. CT, FOX). Notable Titans who’ve been on and off the injury report in recent weeks include running back Tyjae Spears, receiver Calvin Ridley and cornerback L’Jarius Sneed, but the biggest question mark is right tackle JC Latham, who has missed four games with a hip injury. Titans coach Brian Callahan has indicated that he’s optimistic this could be the week Latham returns to practice and potentially plays against the Raiders.

The Titans will release injury reports on Oct. 8, 9 and 10, and Callahan will address the media on Oct. 8 and 10 with injury updates. The Tennessean will update this story throughout the week with the latest news briefs and trends on the injury report.

Here are the latest Titans injury updates before the Raiders game.

JC Latham, RT, hip

Latham initially injured his hip in training camp but returned in time for the start of the season. He aggravated the injury in the Week 1 loss to Denver and hasn’t returned to practice in anything more than a limited capacity since, often missing the most strenuous practices of the week outright. Latham was spotted stretching and moving on a side field before the Titans’ Friday practice in Week 5, but hasn’t been seen in pads in a month.

Calvin Ridley, WR, knee/elbow

Ridley was on the injury report with knee and elbow injuries ahead of Week 5, but played through the questionable tag and posted his best game of the season, catching five passes for 131 yards.

Kevin Winston Jr., S, hamstring

Winston made his NFL debut in Week 5, playing exclusively on special teams. He has been limited since the preseason with a hamstring injury.

Kevin Zeitler, G, elbow/bicep/foot

The Titans’ veteran guard has popped up on the injury report with three separate injuries in recent weeks, but he has been active on game days.

Tyjae Spears, RB, ankle

Spears was activated from injured reserve ahead of the game against the Cardinals and played in a limited capacity. There were no indications of his ankle injury limiting him.

Blake Hance, OL, shoulder

Hance did not play against the Cardinals and was limited throughout the week with his shoulder injury.

Bryce Oliver, WR, knee

Oliver has missed a couple of games with a knee injury. The core special teamer isn’t used much on offense, and the Titans haven’t felt a need to play an extra receiver on the active roster in his absence.

James Williams, LB, forearm

Williams briefly exited the Cardinals game with a forearm injury. No further updates have been provided.

Arden Key, OLB, thigh

Key briefly exited the Cardinals game with a thigh injury. No further updates have been provided.

T’Vondre Sweat, DT, ankle

Sweat was placed on injured reserve ahead of the Colts game. The second-year defensive tackle will have to miss at least one more game before he can be elevated.
