After a mini bye week, the Los Angeles Rams are back on schedule heading into Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Ravens. They took the field for their first practice of the week on Wednesday as they aim to bounce back from last week’s frustrating loss to the San Francisco 49ers.
The Rams came out of that game with a few injuries, including ones to Colby Parkinson and Omar Speights. Parkinson is in the concussion protocol after hitting his head in last week’s game, while Speights is doubtful to play due to a high ankle sprain.
Additionally, Tyler Higbee and Rob Havenstein both missed Week 5 with injuries of their own, but they’re hoping to return on Sunday in Baltimore.
Speight, Higbee and Havenstein were all non-participants to start the week on Wednesday, while Parkinson, Kamren Kinchens and Nate Landman were limited.
For the Ravens, the list of injuries appears to be never-ending. Lamar Jackson didn’t practice on Wednesday due to a hamstring injury that sidelined him in Week 5, making him somewhat of a long shot to play Sunday. Roquan Smith and Marlon Humphrey, two of the Ravens’ best players, also missed practice.
Kyle Hamilton returned, which was a good sign for Baltimore, but there are plenty of players for the Ravens to be concerned about when it comes to their availability for Sunday.
