Here’s Keon Coleman addressing being benched for the 1st series against NE due to disciplinary reasons.
“I wouldn’t call it a setback. It was a growing pain in a sense. So yeah, it is frustrating because you know you’re better than that as a person and individual.”#Bills pic.twitter.com/VjHdsiiuUP

Keon Coleman lost more than just his team’s game in Week 5.
Against the New England Patriots (3-2), the Buffalo Bills (4-1) took their first defeat in a 23-20 final.
Along with that with, Coleman lost himself playing time. He started the game on the bench.
Following the contest, head coach Sean McDermott said the team is looking for more “growth” and “maturation” from Coleman.
“And like anything else, if you have winning habits it leads to winning on the field,” McDermott said. “And so that’s really what we’re trying to create. And that’s what we’re here to do is help young men in this case grow and mature and develop and become professionals.”
For the most part, McDermott kept the situation in-house. Coleman did the same.
However, Coleman did indicate he is trying to take responsibility for whatever led to the early benching.
“Doing what I’m supposed to do and show that level of maturity,” Coleman said.
“I wouldn’t call it a setback. It was a growing pain in a sense,” Coleman added. “Yeah, it is frustrating because of the things it might show.”
Coleman sat out the first series of the game, then wound up playing 62% of the offensive snaps and caught four passes for 23 yards including a touchdown. Unfortunately, Coleman did end up losing a fumble as well.
