FOUKE — The Bismarck Lions took care of business again on the road Friday and displayed a dominant performance in victory against the Fouke Panthers 67-14 in 7-3A Conference football action for Week 6.
Bismarck football head coach Daniel Keithley felt confident in the Lions’ play Friday, but overall, pleased for another win to remain unbeaten in conference.
“It was ugly at times and we had lots of penalties we needed to clean up. Luckily, we just had too much speed for them to handle and our defense played lights out other than a play here and there,” Keithley said.
The defending 7-3A conference champion Bismarck kept their winning-streak progressing from last season to improve to 5-1 overall, 3-0 in conference play.
