It snapped a two-game winning streak for Kansas City as the Chiefs are now 2-3 on the season.

In Week 6, the Chiefs look to respond in a “Sunday Night Football” showdown against the Detroit Lions.

Throughout the week, the status of wide receiver Xavier Worthy was a question mark. Worthy missed Thursday’s practice with a DNP. However, on Friday, he returned to practice and is on track to play against the Lions.

The Chiefs also released their updated injury report, and it was full participation across the board.

“There are no injury designations for Sunday Night’s game against the Lions.”

Here is the full list of Chiefs players who were listed as full participants on Friday, per the team’s official release:

Kristian Fulton, CB, Ankle

Patrick Mahomes, QB, Groin

Oamarr Norman-Lott, DT, Shoulder

Charles Omenihu, DE, Ankle

JuJu Smith-Schuster, WR, Knee

Xavier Worthy, WR, Shoulder/Ankle

Worthy was a full participant on Wednesday, but missing practice on Thursday had some concerned about his status for the Lions game.

Worthy suffered a shoulder injury in Week 1 but returned in the game against the Baltimore Ravens.

Against the Jaguars, Worthy had six catches for 42 yards on nine targets.

As the Chiefs prepare to face the Lions, having a clean injury slate is a promising development as they look to get back to .500.
