For one night, Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin’s intense glare softened. Away from the gridiron and under the bright lights of the runway, he was not calling plays but playing a supporting role.

On Friday night at the Steelers Style 2025 fashion show, the spotlight found his wife, Kiya Tomlin, who orchestrated the entire glamorous affair for a great cause. It was a rare glimpse into the coach’s life, where fashion, family, and football came together.

How Did Kiya Tomlin Steal the Show at the Steelers’ Biggest Charity Night?

The longtime Steelers couple took the stage for the team’s annual charity fashion event, which brings players, coaches, and their families together for a night of glamour and goodwill. The event was held at Stage AE near Acrisure Stadium, where Mike and Kiya attended and posed for photos together.

After the night, the Steelers head coach took to Instagram to shower tributes for his wife. “Always love seeing what my incredibly talented wife, @kiyatomlin, has put together for the Steelers Style fashion show. So proud of her,” he posted.

Kiya is the designer behind the Kiya Tomlin Collection. She attended the event wearing one of her creations. Along with Art and Greta Rooney, she co-chaired the event.

“Every year, we try to take it to the next level,” Kiya told Steelers.com’s Teresa Varley. “It’s not just about fashion. It’s about bringing people together, celebrating what makes Pittsburgh special, and giving back.”

Presented by Amazon, PNC, UPMC, and the Neighborhood Ford Store, the Steelers Style Fashion Show has become one of the franchise’s most beloved off-field traditions. Players and their families hit the runway yearly to showcase their styles while raising money for charity.

This year’s show benefited the UPMC Sports Medicine Concussion Program, Cancer Bridges, and the Chuck Noll Foundation. The event continued a legacy of community-driven impact that has raised over $1 million for local causes.

Despite all the glamour on Friday night, Coach Tomlin must quickly shift back into football mode. With a well-rested team following a bye week and a 3-1 start to the season, Pittsburgh will next host the Cleveland Browns for a Sunday 1 p.m. matchup at Acrisure Stadium.

Offensively, Pittsburgh has faced challenges this season. According to PFSN’s Offensive Impact Rankings, the Steelers rank 16th with a score of 75.7. That is well below league leaders like the Buffalo Bills, with a score of 94.7, and the Indianapolis Colts, with a score of 94.1.
