LONDON (KTRE) – Former Nacogdoches Dragon Brandon Jones had a team-high seven tackles in the Denver Broncos’ 13-11 win over the New York Jets in London, England, on Sunday.
Jones also picked up a 1/2 sack.
Jones’ sack came on the final offensive play of the game for the Jets. On a fourth-and-eight from the Denver 44-yard line, Justin Fields was sacked by Jones and Jonathon Cooper for a 12-yard loss.
The Broncos (4-2) return to the states to host the New York Giants (2-4) on Oct. 19.
