Brown would instantly become Jones’ top target and finally get the chances he’s been looking for.
Losing young talent always hurts, but for a 5-1 team chasing a playoff run, this kind of move shows absolute confidence. Brown has already shown what he can do with the right coach, and reuniting with Steichen could bring back the 50-touchdown form that once made him one of the NFL’s most dangerous receivers.
