A Boise State workhorse who rushed for 2,601 yards and 29 TDs in 2024, the second-highest rushing total in a single season since Barry Sanders in 1988, Ashton Jeanty landed with the Las Vegas Raiders as the No. 6 overall pick in the 2025 NFL draft.
Since that point, Jeanty has continued to draw steady attention.
On Thursday, just days before the Raiders’ divisional Week 7 showdown against the Kansas City Chiefs, Jeanty made a massive career move, switching agents and officially signing with Klutch Sports’ football division, announced by Nicole Lynn, Klutch’s president of football.
Henry Organ and Alexander Beglinger of Disruptive Sports had formerly represented Jeanty when he signed his four-year, $35.9 million rookie contract with the Raiders in May.

This latest move marks a notable agency switch for the Raiders’ rookie, who entered the league with one of the most productive college football careers in recent memory, finishing as the Heisman runner-up in 2024 and collecting unanimous All-America honors and multiple national awards over his three seasons with the Broncos.
Klutch Sports Group was founded in 2012 by Rich Paul, a longtime friend and agent of Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James, and for years was primarily centered around representing NBA talent such as James, Draymond Green, Anthony Davis and others.
Since then, it has expanded into football under Lynn’s leadership and now represents nearly 200 athletes across the NBA, NFL, MLB and WNBA.

Current Klutch football clientele includes Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts, Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith, Cleveland Browns edge-rusher Myles Garrett, New York Jets defensive tackle Quinnen Williams and Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson, among others.
It’s worth noting that Lynn and Klutch Sports helped negotiate Garrett’s recent four-year, $160 million extension with the Browns, which is valued at $40 million per year and includes $123.5 million in guaranteed money. At the time of the signing, he became the highest-paid non-quarterback in NFL history.
