Joe Flacco has been elite through two games, and it’s hard to dispute that, especially when you realize he’s already made NFL history, according to Greg Harvey on Twitter.

That’s pretty darn impressive. To come to a new team, a division rival at that, and produce these numbers in two games, not to mention these two games four days apart, is extremely impressive.

Flacco has reignited the Bengals’ wide receivers. He’s never had wide receivers like Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins. You can tell he’s having fun throwing to them, not to mention Noah Fant and Andrei Iosivas.

How about this stat? That’s amazing. It shows Flacco’s longevity and ability to adapt to any team he’s on.

The Bengals needed a quarterback, completely because Joe Burrow is injured. They got one in a former Super Bowl MVP.

Flacco needed a better situation than what he had in Cleveland. He got traded to the Bengals, a team with the best wide receiver duo in the NFL and multiple other great skill players.

Both teams needed this, and it’s working. Flacco knows to throw to Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins, and good things happen when he, Burrow, and any quarterback do that.
