It doesn’t sound like the New Orleans Saints will be playing abroad this season. Of the seven games in this year’s International Series, just one of them was a possibility given the Saints’ schedule of road opponents — the Miami Dolphins, who will host a home game at Real Mardid’s Bernabéu Stadium in Spain.

And Spanish newspaper Diario AS has the Dolphins hosting the Washington Commanders on Nov. 16, not the Saints. Foreign outlets have been wrong before (remember when the Saints and New England Patriots were supposed to meet in Germany?) but we’ll find out for sure when the NFL reveals this year’s International Series on ABC’s Good Morning America Tuesday morning. But at this point Saints fans overseas may need to prepare to wait another year to see their team in person. For what it’s worth, the Saints are rumored to be playing a game in Paris as soon as 2026, the NFL’s first foray into France.
