PHOENIX — The Green Bay Packers added cornerback Keisean Nixon to injury report with an illness. He is questionable for the Oct. 19 game at the Arizona Cardinals.

Center/guard Jacob Monk has been activated off injured reserve, making him available against the Cardinals. He was placed on injured reserve during training camp because of a hamstring injury.

Defensive end Arron Mosby and running back Pierre Strong Jr. were elevated from the practice squad to the active roster for gameday.

The Packers (3-1-1) visit the Cardinals (2-4) for a 3:25 p.m. game at State Farm Stadium.
