The Lions have ruled S Kerby Joseph (knee) and CB Terrion Arnold (shoulder) out for Monday night’s game against the Buccaneers. That only further hampers a secondary already missing S Brian Branch (suspension), CB D.J. Reed (IR), CB Ennis Rakestraw (IR), and CB Afonte Maddox (hamstring).
