Week 7 of the 2025 NFL season is already upon us and the action will continue on Sunday with the Green Packers Packers heading west to visit the Arizona Cardinals at 4:25 p.m. ET on FOX.

The Cards’ season is quickly going off the rails as they dropped their fourth straight game last Sunday in a 31-27 road loss against the Colts. Running back Bam Knight chipped in to the effort and with the team’s current backfield situation, he will continue to accumulate touches moving forward.

Below, we’ll go over Knight’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 7.

Fantasy Football analysis: Cardinals RB Bam Knight

With both James Conner and Trey Benson out of commission, Knight split time with Michael Carter in last week’s loss and had a productive day, registering 11 carries for 34 rushing yards, a 20-yard reception, and a touchdown that tied the game in the first quarter. This production allowed him to finish as a top-15 fantasy back in all scoring formats for the week.

With Emari Demercado being ruled out with an ankle injury, the duo of Knight and Carter will once again be relied upon to hold things down in the backfield for the Cardinals.

Sit. Fantasy-wise, the touchdown did a lot of the heavy lifting for Knight in a game where he averaged just 3.1 yards per carry. Unless you’re in a deeper league and pressed for Flex options, I’d avoid both Arizona RB’s this week.
