QB Justin Fields exited the game early in the second quarter versus the Panthers after taking a hit while sliding to the ground on a five-yard run on third down.

Immediately after being hit late, Fields headed towards the sidelines where he was directed towards the medical tent.

The good news is that Fields is out of the medical tent and was given his helmet back, likely meaning he’s heading back into the game midway through the second quarter.
