Week 7 of the NFL season has been one for the books. Thankfully, we have a “Monday Night Football” doubleheader that will send us into a few days of no pigskin.

The majority of the action from Week 7 is in the books, and we have a good grasp on the direction some franchises may take moving forward.

Here are the head coaches facing a hotter seat as we move into Week 8 of the regular season.

Mike McDaniel

It’s all but over for Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel. The team was blasted by the Cleveland Browns on Sunday, and it wouldn’t be surprising at all for McDaniel to have the worst day of his tenure with the Dolphins very soon.

Kevin Stefanski’s Browns got the big win over the Dolphins on Sunday. However, that may just delay the inevitable. Both sides could use a fresh start, and the next blowout loss will have everyone calling for Stefanski’s job.

Brian Daboll made the right decision when he made Jaxson Dart the starting quarterback of the New York Giants. But it may not be enough to save his job. The NFL world moves fast. It feels unfair to put a first-year head coach on the hot seat. However, New York Jets head coach Aaron Glenn is having a dreadful start with the franchise.

The Jets look like the next candidate to go winless, and going winless means everyone will be receiving a pink slip.

The Jonathan Gannon era in Arizona took another brutal blow with the team’s loss to the Green Bay Packers in Week 7. The Cardinals drop to 2-5 on the season, and it’s starting to feel less and less like Gannon will be on the sidelines next season, maybe even the rest of this season.
