Riegger is currently tied for 12th in the Amherst Regional at even, having scored +4 in his first round and -4 in his second. As the sole Terps’ golfer in the NCAA regionals, he must score in the top five individuals among all six individuals to advance to the finals in Carlsbad, California.
Riegger is the first Terp to compete in the NCAA regionals since 2018, when Peter Knade and David Kocher both earned bids.
