Other starters and role players WR Darnell Mooney (hamstring), OT Jake Matthews (ankle) and DT Zach Harrison (knee) were also considered limited.
The Falcons were still without two defensive rookies in EDGE Jalon Walker (groin) and DB Billy Bowman Jr. (hamstring). Both missed Sunday’s game. That miss marked Bowman’s second consecutive missed game because of the injury.
In other injury news, the expectation is Atlanta will be without ILB Divine Deablo for some time. He suffered a fracture in his forearm against the 49ers. It wasn’t all not-so-good news, though, as the team opened OL Storm Norton’s 21-day window to return from injured reserve. As a reminder, Norton missed all of training camp and the preseason and ended up having surgery on his foot before being placed on IR with the designation to return at the start of the season.
